About
IBEW Local 1316 is a branch of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), a trade union that represents electrical workers across the United States and Canada. Local 1316, based in Macon, Georgia, supports electricians and electrical professionals in the region by advocating for fair wages, safe working conditions, and quality benefits. We provide training programs and apprenticeships to help workers develop skills, stay updated on industry standards, and advance in their careers. Additionally, Local 1316 works with local businesses and contractors, ensuring projects are completed to high standards by skilled, licensed professionals.
If you are willing to give an honest day's work, continually strive to be a better craftsperson, lift up your Brothers and Sisters around you, and live and work with integrity, I guarantee a comfortable middle class life for you and your family where you can have pride in your work, build generational wealth, and be part of a Brotherhood that improves the lives of all working people in this nation.Stacey Mixson
